Store and shipping Policies
Payment is due at the time of initial transaction. At this time, we accept cash app Venmo, credit card, debit card, and cash on local pickup. All deposits are non-refundable. Credits may be granted in certain situations.
We strive to make sure all of our animals are safe and healthy in our care and during shipping process. All animals will be shipped via FedEx or UPS overnight. We ship animals on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. We only ship when temperatures are appropriate for the animal's travel from departing city to the destination city and all cities and shipping hubs in between.
If there are any concerns that the temperature is not appropriate the buyer will be notified of the next available shipping date.
Live Animal Guarantee
All of our animals are kept with appropriate husbandry and are feeding on the appropriate food. Sometimes unexpected things happen during shipping, that are beyond the buyer or seller's control. We take the upmost care in shipping our animals including the proper packaging and heating needs.
DOA policy
In the event of an animals demise we must be notified via telephone within 30 minutes of the animals' arrival, with pictures of the packaging and the deceased animal, as well as a picture of the FedEx or UPS receipt showing the arrival time. If we are not notified with in 30 minutes after arrival, the guarantee is null and void. We strongly advise the buyer to be ready and available to receive the package and to remove the animal from the packaging asap because the shipping process can be stressful on the animal.
